Founded in 2015 in Pristina, Kosovo — ThinkTrek is a team of three engineers who have spent a decade building software that actually holds up in the real world.

Founded
ThinkTrek Opens Its Doors
Started as a tight-knit trio with a single mission: build software that actually works — no shortcuts, no excuses.
2016
First Win
Call Center Management System
Shipped our first major platform — a ticketing and ERP system now running across 30+ call centers regionally.
2018
Healthcare
Hospital Emergency System
Built a real-time emergency system with a tablet app for ambulances — live data sync between paramedics and the ER before the patient arrives.
2020
SaaS
KlinikaIme — Clinic Management SaaS
Launched our first SaaS product: a full clinic management platform covering appointments, patient records, invoicing, staff, and mobile apps for iOS & Android.
2022
Telecom
eSIM Platforms — EsimHub & EsimCore
Designed and built two eSIM platforms: a B2B partner management system for resellers, and a full e-commerce storefront for end consumers.

We haven't grown our headcount for the sake of it. We've stayed lean, stayed sharp, and every client still gets our full attention.

Specializes in React, React Native, and third-party API integrations. Responsible for the UX polish that makes our products feel finished.

Backend & DevOps Engineer
Databases · Infrastructure · APIs
Owns the data layer and deployment pipeline across all projects. If it needs to scale or stay up at 3am, this is the person who makes sure it does.
